About Us

The Fletcher Parks and Recreation Department was formed in 1995 and
celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2005. Our department consists of 5
full time staff members as well as seasonal part-time employees.

Heather Taylor, Director

Heather has been employed with the Town for eight years and enjoys being a part of the
recreation team. Responsibilities include overseeing of staff, budgeting, park development,
greenway development and general direction of recreation for the Town.

Cheyenne Youell, Recreation Program Supervisor-Events

Cheyenne Is responsible for running all the Town-wide events including the Golf Tournament and
Father/Daughter Dance to name a few and also coordinates the fun and
exciting Summer Day Camp Program. Cheyenne has been a part of the Town since February
2007.

David Bryson, Recreation Program Supervisor-Athletics

David recently joined the department in June 2007. David will oversee the activities at our
parks as well as coordinates athletic leagues and programs.

Larry Boyer, Park Maintenance Supervisor

Larry has been with the Town for six years. He does a wonderful job keeping the grass mowed,
bathrooms clean and so much more.

Coy Massey, Park Maintenance Specialist

Coy joined the department in August 2004 and assists Larry in taking care of the parks and helping
out at special events.
